I began the pre-season clean up over the weekend and noticed my port side actuator had some fluid residue at the top (pic attached). My assumption is that it could be a bad "O" ring? Is this residue common after sitting all winter? Could there be an issue with the pipe nipple or hydraulic lines?

Clean it up and make sure the cylinder is tight.

If that doesn’t do it, new o-rings are cheap and easy to replace (while on the trailer)
