1996 Sea Ray Sundancer 300 stock swim deck ladder up grade replacement

I'm needing to know if anyone has updated/ upgraded their stock swim deck ladder to a better, 4-5 rung, wider foot rung ladder w/ still using the existing old ladder mount brackets, mounted to the swim deck. The existing mount brackets are 11.5"/12" wide (inside dimension, between each other). I want use the existing mount brackets, because replacing the mount brackets will require very long arms and a very long socket extension, and would rather not go there, plus don't really want to drill new holes too). If anyone has, I'm needing recommendation, type, Mfg., place of purchase, ect.
