Hi everyone, new to the club and a recent 240 owner. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to setup the sun-lounger on this boat? I have the table, pole and cushions but the pole appears to be fixed length. How does it drop down so you can put the table and the cushions on it. Thanks for any help.

Aaron

I think there is 3 in total.

2 longer poles and a shorter one which is used to make the bed in the v berth that also doubles as the sun lounge pole for the table upstairs.

Try having a look in the cabin under the seats?

Thanks for the replies, I guess it has got lost over the years by previous owners. Anyone know what the length should be? I'm sure I could find one at Bass Pro or West Marine if I knew the length. Thanks again.

Thanks so much. Yeah, I know they are tapered. Can't even find the part in their parts manual online.

Hehe....Supposed to be mid 70's and sunny this weekend and since it is a holiday weekend, I am going to get her out on the water.

I hate PHX in the summer when it is 115 degrees but you can camp on your boat 8 months out of the year. If you slip and have AC then you could go all 12.

It's going to be 70 and sunny here too in my living room in front of the TV by the window. :smt021

50 degrees today, watching the snow melt. How many days til launch?

Aaron, the short pole is 10.25" long. It is 3" in diameter, with each end tapered down to 2 3/16". The only use for this pole is for the sun pad / lounge. To the best of my knowledge, there is no dedicated storage for it or either of the others for that matter. Hope this helps.
