I don't disagree with you. That approach is sound. I just like to have all the info before going to high proceed dealers.The part numbers you looked up (I assume you did that) have probably just been superseded to a newer part number. If you've only been looking at some fly-by-night online places, they may not be up to date. Besides, probably not best to buy OEM stuff thru a "who knows if they're reputable" kind of place. The easiest solution would be to just contact your local Merc dealer - they likely have that stuff in stock and will be sure to get you the right thing the first time.

Both numbers have been "superseded" when looking online, hence why I came to the smartest people on the net to get the info I need.
