What glue did you use to attach the planks to the hatches?Thank you, sir. The trim came from jonnycorners.com
FWIW my floor is floating (except for hatch covers). I'm not sure why you'd need/want to glue this stuff down. It's not going to move around on ya...
I used product called Robert’s 1407 from Home Depot to do all of my engineered flooring in the cabin portion of boat. What glue did you use to attach the planks to the hatches?
Thank you @Firemedic181I used product called Robert’s 1407 from Home Depot to do all of my engineered flooring in the cabin portion of boat.
Ty, like Loctite PL3?I used a Loctite brand adhesive caulk on mine. Not a glue...technically.
Thank you!
I used Robert's to "glue" engineered hardwood to the hatches six years ago. Also used it on a few stubborn floor pieces that wanted to squeak, the rest floats.Thank you @Firemedic181
I think this is what Robert’s recommends for the LVP flooring…. None of them is designed for a boat in non climate controlled areas…. Mine is climate controlled April-October but not during the 5 months of winter….
