I am thinking of going with these too to complete the look of the new steering wheel.

That looks great! Is it a simple switch out or did you need to modify anything? Thanks Joint Custody, this was a great idea and nice addition. Even the Admiral said she liked it!

5 minute job. Take the old off and slap the new one on. No modifications required. That looks great! Is it a simple switch out or did you need to modify anything?
My buddies was doing the same thing. Remove the access panel in the lower right corner, slowly drain the water into a small bowl then you have access to the pump. With the washer off clean the impeller and make sure it is free spinning. His was just stuck. I freed it up and reassembled and it works fine now.Any insight is greatly appreciated....My Splendide washer/dryer stopped functioning properly. It washes, then won't drain. I can repair or replace, but either way, it needs to come out of its hole. I cannot simply pull it out as the water hookups are zip tied in the back and only allow me to pull it out about 18 inches. I have removed the refrigerator, thinking I could access the machine from there. I cannot. I can only stick my arm through a 8"x5" access hole into where the machine sites. I am then blind as to what I am doing on the other side. I cut one zip tie but there is one more holding the hoses and for the life of me, I can't get to it. I am now thinking I might yank the machine out, breaking the fittings (hopefully) where the water lines connect to the machine. Before I employ this tactic......are there any veterans of this project?? Thank you!

Thank you. I will try it again. After reaching your arm in, were you able to disconnect the water hoses on the unit itself or from where the hose then connects to the water system? (I hope that question makes sense.)I have actually taken the washer dryer out a couple of times. I agree, it is a total PIA. But that access hole is the key to getting it done.
You will need to reach your arm in to pop off the water connectors. That really isn’t too hard, I think the hardest part was the vent hose and putting it back on. By vent hose I mean the exhaust duct. After that you shouldn’t have any problems. I know it may seem like more work, but I actually took the mid birth sofa out to give me room to work in there. I felt as if I was battling the sofa way too hard to get the job done.
If I recall correctly, the drain line simply connects to the main line drain which should be at shoulder height when kneeling behind fridge. Disconnect the drain from the pipe and not the washer.(that is my recollection anyway).
The reason I pulled mine out was to remove and replace the head sanitation hoses that went behind the washer and hit water heater. Hope that helps.
On the unit itself.Thank you. I will try it again. After reaching your arm in, were you able to disconnect the water hoses on the unit itself or from where the hose then connects to the water system? (I hope that question makes sense.)
They make 2 different size thru hulls. It was accidental but I ordered the longer ones by mistake. Never really thought about it...just installed them. My drain hose connection between the 2 was pretty tight.Wolf, you had shown your stainless drains in the bow. I just installed them- Works great. You also showed how you put them through the hull on the exit. I just attempted that and the shaft is not long enough. I have now way to get the nut on inside the hull. How did you manage?
Last November ran my 460 from Boynton Beach to Biscayne bay and got caught in a squall. 8 to 10 footers. Boat handled it well and was able to adjust speed to prevent boat from pounding. We couldn't prevent the rolling motion which was actually ringing the bell. A week later we were running north up the Keys and finally gave up the ocean to come into the ICW at Port Everglades. Between the rain and the spray there wasn't anything dry on the deck. We were pounded by the 10 to 12 seas. Thank goodness for the autopilot.Hi folks. I know this isn't a "technical" question but I think a good one.
How many of you have been caught in a storm on your 460? What were the conditions like 6-8 footers?
I'm asking because I haven't been caught in a storm with this boat yet. However, my previous boat (Formula 41 PC) I was out in 8-10 footers during a horrible storm and am curious as to how the searay handles very rough weather.
Thoughts?
They arrived just in time to install before launch day!
New BOW Bling!! Cup holder with Cell phone slot as well. Much better than the "plastic" factory versions.

well damn. Where did you get those I need some
My good friend Alan at Pro Image design in Traverse City. The challenge turned out to be that the plastic factory inserts were not identical. It would have been easy if they were a mirror image.
Alan did all my Sea Ray logos, boot stripes, boat name, reg. numbers, speaker rings and so much more. He has a very talented team of people! I come up with the ideas and he brings them to life...lol
