Platform lift, Yep should have thought of that... assumed that sound came out of the pump area engine room because it is almost deafening down there when it is running.

Have any of you guys re-caulked the front windshield?

Had the front windshield caulk cleaned out and replaced today. They still need to finish up and install the black caulk between the panels.

We had a small amount of water that would come in with a hard rain or hose spraying. It would drip behind the leatherette trim around the side trim and onto the dash.

When we got the caulk dug out there were puddles of water down in the windshield seams.

I don’t believe that is just black caulk make sure they use the correct sealant It’s called Sika

I found water in the "laundry room" under the combo this weekend. In 2005 the combo is under the galley. Anyone chased this bug? It has to be rain water, everything else was off (and it certainly isn't holding tank)

The water manifold on my boat is down there and that is prone to leaking. I would definitely check that first. Even with the water pump off those residual pressure in the system and can leak water out.

Do you mean water has accumulated in the bildge pump area under the laundry room?

If so it could be coming from the Hot/Cold Manifold, (as Jeremy mentioned) W/D combo, rain water (down through the seems of the boat) or from the Shower/Sink sump box overflowing. The drain for that shower sump box discharges in the bilge area under the Laundry room.

I think its SikaFlex 295. I have a tube on the boat and will check this weekend...
Yes - Sikaflex 295UV Black for between the glass windows and 295UV White for all other exterior seams.

Look also carefully at the seam that is above the windshield windows; the mating seam between the solon and bridge (solon ceiling and bridge floor) which is the seam that is part way up the brow above the windshield - if it is compromised the water that sheds down the brow will enter run along the mating joint on the inside and end up leaking inside of the solon.

Have replaced both areas now with new caulk. Another step towards a dry boat.

We found water under the washer when we returned to the boat after away for a month the water tank was empty and pump off. I replaced the manifold so that’s all new and not leaking don’t know where it’s coming from either.

I think my shower/sink sump box backs up sometimes (pump losses its prime) and the over flow hose drains into the bilge under the Laundry room.

I also thought any water that finds its way in through seems e.g., the flybridge/salon seem or window caulk lines may find its way to the bilge of the boat... I am slowly re-caulking everything.

You replaced all the caulk by yourself?
How difficult was it?

No I have been having our repair guy do areas at a time. The windshield took him 1.5 days and three trips. The other two seams that mate the bridge and salon took about the same amount of time.

So my buddy replaced his sump with this has a digital float switch and external WHALE gulp pump so far no overflows I may do this soon.

I have QSM 11 engines on my boat, and near the air filter is a sensor (see attached photo) that indicates when to change the filter. They’re made of plastic, and have cracked, and I’d like to replace them, but can't find them online. Anyone know what the part number is or where to order them?
