I guess we’re all in the same “boat” my props and tool box are in the same spots plus our bikes are in front of the generator with 3 “large Tupperware “ bins with parts

Are you referring to the bridge/cockpit system or the system in the salon?
My Fusion on the bridge has RCA cables run down to the current Bose lifestyle so I can have the same music playing throughout the boat.
The previous owner had that done so I am not 100% sure but I assume it is RCA because I have to put the Bose on AUX in to play the fusion music.Jeremy:
How did you connect the Fusion to the Bose? RCA input on the Fusion I guess?

Maybe, I would have to look and see how it is tied into the fusion.i didn’t think the Fusion had an output. Maybe via the headphone jack.
That is what I did from my Fusion RA-770. Use top quality cables as in that wire chase is the sonar wiring and that is very "noisy". You will also find that the valance covered in vinyl over the entertainment cabinet pulls out and can be removed (Christmas tree nylon fasteners) and all of the cabling from the bridge can be accessed (school of hard knocks).Connect rca’s from fusion output to Bose aux input depending on what model Fusion you will use one zone out to the Bose so obviously a 4 zone stereo is better than a 2 line out(zone) one.

Also, you will have to set the Fusion Aux out to fixed level so only the Bose volume will control.
I believe you can set a zone to fixed line out for another amplifier's volume control. Settings > Zone > Volume Control - clear the option. Might only be available for zone 3 but I don't know.....
