Does anyone know where I can purchase a new condensation pan for a cruisair sx10c air conditioner? I will try dometic tomorrow, google is not coming up with much. TIA

Hi KV...I got an SS pan from Dometic. This was years ago (2011) and they even gave me warranty - don't know about now...
I just read your thread... I said to my wife, that was in 2011! I’ve seen you have been active but didn’t want to ask about a nearly 10 year old purchase! Thanks. There is a good dealer here on long island that I’ve used once before. I’ll call dometic, maybe they will have a part number, that I can give to local guy. The system works well but pan has had its day before I bought this boat.

My current boat has five systems and all pans are rusty. I treat them every couple of years with Ospho (phosphoric acid) and repaint them. As they are all now 14 years old, I figure I will replace the units before the pans finally rust through!!

Mine drain into a common drain system, so I have no hull rust marks...

I’ve only owned the boat for a season, didn’t have any visual rust when I bought it, no evidence over last season, however, the hose to the box is prob clogged ... leaving the water where I found it today.
See if this a two hindered or 3k repair. Time will tell

Disassembly of many of these systems is not so straight forward. Sometimes it requires drilling out rivets to remove components like the compressor. If the rust is not to bad you can clean it out and spray the pan with flex seal to build a barrier. If your hose is blocked you can always try to flush it out.

I pulled ours out and sprayed the pan with flexseal. Seems to be holding up well.

I talked to dometic but they don’t make it anymore. It was either have one made or use flex seal

That’s what I was afraid of. I’m going to remove it in the next few days and see what my options are

Yea definitely going to need to pull the unit to address the pan, hopefully some flex seal will work , if not maybe a custom pan. Good thread by carter from 10 years ago reviews the process. Maybe can get a metal shop to bend up a pan... will see thanks again
