Anybody have a line on a source to buy replacement anchor roller wheels? I've got 2 of the roller wheels on my bow anchor mount. They both are about 3" (2 7/8") wide. The outer front one is 4" dia. and the inside one is 2 1/2" dia. The ones that Windline has as replacements are 3.4" (3 3/8") wide and won't fit. My local Sea Ray / MM dealer said he has called Sea Ray but still doesn't have an answer.

Thanks for your inputs.

Thanks Todd, they are the wider ones (3.4") with 1/2" bolts instead of 5/8" bolts.
Leave it to Sea Ray to do something special!

Sea Ray finally got back to me.

They wanted $125 for the 4" roller itself.
And $52 for the 2 1/2" roller.

I said no thanks.........

I think West carries a generic roller with the right bore for the OEM sleeve and roughly the right diameter. It is a tad short and I"ve seen some owners cut shims to the outer edges out of something like 1/2 or 3/8 Starboard.

Or...go to a local plastic supply shop, and tell them you want high density polyethylene (HDPE). It comes in sheets or rods of any diameter. Pick the diameter you want, and buy by the foot. Most will do the fab work for a fee, or course.

I can't believe I'm going to say this but.........you can probably pick your favorite color(s).

Frank, I did the same thing as you (Black Delrin) that was 9 years ago and they are still hanging in there.
And Yes it is nice the have a machine shop in the basement.

I did find something on-line from Go2Marine that I ordered.
They were only $11.32 each.
So, for that price, I'll give it a whirl and sea what happens.
As long as they "roll"......

Well I got the replacement 2 1/2" roller for $11.32.
I bought 2 of them at that price.

Last night I had a chance to put them on.
The new 2 1/2" roller has a 5/8" inside dia. bolt hole. And wouldn't you know it, Sea Ray uses a 3/8" bolt......
So I cut a piece of 1/2" PVC pipe I had. The pipe has a 5/8" OD which slips inside the roller and Wa La.

Since I had two of them, I put the other 2 1/2" roller out in front where the 4" roller was...... before you react, I will be changing this back.
It is only temporary but works better in the mean time.

The problem with the 4" roller was my replacement Fortress Anchor, when all the way up, cuts into the 4" roller on the sides, thereby spreading it apart a little, making it tighter, and puts little groves into the roller.

So I took it home and put in on my own make shift "lathe"..
My grinding wheel, (LOL Frank..)
Anyway, I was able to shape out the groves, and make it smooth again. And with the help of a 3 lb. hammer, I was able to make it round again and the sides roll straight.

Bottom line is I think I can salvage this and I'm gonna put the 4" roller back on.
