Long story short, I'm having a heck of a time diagnosing the issue with my autopilot setup. I lost the rudder indicator a few months ago, and then a few weeks after that the whole RayPilot screen went blank. The local Raymarine tech got it powered up only to diagnose the original problem as a bad computer (charged me almost $400 in labor to come to that conclusion).
So I swapped out the computer today, and the screen is still completely blank. The wires all test hot, so it has to be a bad RayPilot (seems odd that the computer and the control head went bad in the same month). Hopefully swapping out the control head will at least give me my rudder indicator back.
I know it's a longshot, but did anyone upgrade their components and leave a RayPilot 650 laying around that they don't want?!?
