Back Surgery

So to close this out - yesterday I had my 8th disk surgery. At 6 PM I came off the operating table with NO PAIN whatsoever!! Slept the entire night through with no pain, we drove back to Ft. Myers from Hudson, FL (where Bonati Spine Institute is located), and I’ve had my first day in 5 months and 3 days (who’s counting) with no pain!! What a relief.

I’ve totally worn my sweet wife Susan out caring for me. Boy do I owe her!!

Looking forward to getting back on the boat in May in Chattanooga. Looking at the Ft Myers marina rebuilds, and I’m worried it will be 3 years before Reward has a marina agin down here.

Buddy of mine flew F-14s for 9 years and had to punch out once. His back is bad also. 4 years of soccer at Annapolis didn't help either.

Wow, that's a heck of a journey! I can't even imagine dealing with that much pain for so long.

Do tell Mr. Bot. Exactly how much pain CAN you deal with (and for how long?) We all want to know.
