I just purchased a 2003 240 sundeck looking for a swim ladder for my chocolate lab so he can get back on board himself.

Hands down this is the best. Just need a better solution vs taking up your own swim ladder to mount it. I am going to look into haveing a custom mount made for the other side of the swim step so I can have my ladder back.I purchased this one last year: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawz-Pet-Prod...eywords=dog+boat+ladder&qid=1607629470&sr=8-5
Worked great for my 50lb lab but my Larger 90lb Retriever has issues getting up. Mainly because he is a wuss, I think it would work fine if he wasn't.
Fairly easy to set-up. If you want to see a video of my lab using it, let me know

I just got an email today for this...Looks pretty cool and hopefully around one puppy buck... but hey they are family ... personally I would go with the remote control... it doesn't get cooler then that for your dog ...
That's nuts. I wouldn't even consider it either. I'd like something for our pup also, but let's be real here.So I went ahead and contacted SeaLift/SeaStep and asked for availability and pricing. Looks like they build to order at 4-5 weeks delivery and cost $5200 retail, which I think is the only price there is. Thats more than twice what I was expecting based on other products. Looks like I'll be looking for something else this season.
My wife has MS which can make using a ladder hard. This looks like to will be a great option. I contacted them a while back about this step - very responsive. They will even make a custom width to fit between the supports for my swim platform. It’s expensive, but my Admiral wants it and give the go ahead to get it.So I went ahead and contacted SeaLift/SeaStep and asked for availability and pricing. I never would have guessed that much..Looks like they build to order at 4-5 weeks delivery and cost $5200 retail

here is a video.
We are looking for some input. We have ordered a new platform and came across the great comments about this ladder. We are wondering if the ladder can clip or hook onto a handle attached to the vertical edge of the swim platform. Thanks, LindaHands down this is the best. I had a Black Lab that did the same.View attachment 98892 My dog came up with this solution. You need to have a smart dog though.
Thank you for sharing this. I am going to have to check it out.
