2006 Sea Ray 44 Sedan Bridge

Our Systems Monitor seems to have an issue. The display control module (DCM) continually displays a error message reading ... DATA LINK FAILURE ALARM SYSTEM OFF LINE. This supposedly means there is a problem with it connecting to the Bilge Interface Module (BIM) through a coaxial cable. We have talked with Sea Ray Customer service, reset every possible thing, disconnected and reconnected DC power and ran a jumper cable.

We conclude that the BIM #1907587 has gone bad ... anyone know where we might find a reasonably priced replacement?

Not sure if this helps. Did you try a new coaix overlay cable?

Try to clean ports on both units and run new coax externally for testing purpose. If that works install new cable.
