Monday night in the marina, our boat was broken into. They ripped our new flatscreen off the wall, put cigarettes out on the kitchen counter, stole a BUNCH of stuff including the DVD player, TV remote, DVDs, CDs, batteries, my dog's metal cage!, my husband's boat shoes and some clothes, his leatherman, his drill, some other tools, our cooler, and ALL the alcohol (About 5 bottles of vodka, 1 bottle of Crown, 2 bottles of Tequila, a bottle of Jaeger, and all the sodas!!!) LOL. They even stole some of our electronics up by the helm. Marine Max did overnight the part to us though, for $550.
They broke a light, and some lanai screen panels near the steps going down into the cabin. They screw drivered the lock, and Im not even sure if it works anymore.
The craziest part, and worst part for me was the fact that they took the Sea Ray bag with all the manuals, our notes, registration, fishing licenses, etc etc. Grrrrrrr.
A neighboring deck boat lost their radio, GPS and depth finder.
Marina wont accept any responsibility and there's no cameras at the docks.
Very disappointing but it can only point towards the failing economy. Be careful out there. :smt009
