Anyone know where I can find replacements? I used the Parts Manual (sea ray) and i can't seem to get any hits. I did google searches and can't seem to find who makes them.

Thanks in advance!

The part number is the number you would use to order it from your dealer. It's a Sea Ray part number, not a manufacturer's part number. I don't know the manufacturer off hand, but if no one else does, I'm sure it says so somewhere on the speaker.

Gotta be a custom job. Drifter, post a pic so we can help you.

My 2008 350 also has small speakers attached to the sun pad rails. Previous owner said they didnt work anymore so I will be watching to see if anyone knows replacements...
Not a custom job. From factory.

Bigger than the stock SR speakers, and sound better too.

I was just talking to someone this morning about adding bow speakers. KayKook, where did you get yours? I like the idea of facing them back towards the boat. I need to play the music too loud to hear it sitting on the bow and I'd like to be respectful of my dock neighbors.

Its easier to add forward facing speakers to the hardtop/arch and put them on a switch. Cleaner install, easier wiring.

Big boy, would you mount arch speakers on the top facing forward or under? Just thinking under would be muffled by canvas.

Those crummy little speakers are from Harley Davidson.

Sorry guys the weather got the best of me today! Ready for spring. They are not custom and are small (3inches long by maybe 1.5 inches diameter). Look like a big bullet. Part number is 1948308. Sea ray shows three parts in the manual but I can't seem to find anywhere online. I hate buying direct because you end up paying a lot more $.

ps: they mount on the Sunpad rail

Correct, Motorcycle sound systems. Go to your local Harley dealer and order them.

Drifter, did those sound good? I would go for something a bit bigger.
I just bought the boat so have tried out yet. They are pretty oxidized and that why I want to replace them. Will let you know.

For what its worth, I think those speakers sound horrible. They have absolutely no range whatsoever. They are really just tweeters. Can't possibly reproduce bass frequencies. Mine are removed after I mounted serious speakers on my arch which turn 360 allowing for sound in any direction. Don't purchase these little speakers if you're hoping to get decent quality sound on your bow. If anyone cares, PM me and I can email pics.
