Can not find this part !!!

this plastic should change because after stroer rain it leaks The shower sump

Are you talking about the black rubber gasket or black plastic window lock. I found the rubber gaskets at local searay dealer on my previous boat.

I doubt that changing that lever will stop the leak... especially if it appears to close tight. I would look at the seal or caulking around the trim ring.

Actually , he might try tightening down that phillips head screw and see if that helps. It worked for me and stopped a port side leak in the head...

last season i had same problem (create a post at CS) after screwed all screws
it stop leaking %100

this season i screwed again but leaks now so i think causes The black rubber
