If you can believe a government website (US Dept of Energy)...some data to share:
In 2021 we imported 369M gallons of distillate fuel oil from Russia (the ban on these imports is widely reported as the cause for the freakout....I believe).
In 2021 we consumed 59B gallons of distillate fuel oil in the USA.
Russian imports make up 6% of our total requirement for distillate fuel oil. I vote "fake news"...

36g tank plus another 200g above ground tank at the house. Somebody up in Washington has really screwed up. They lowered (increased production) gas prices to save face and look good to the voters all while screwing us in the tailpipe with lower D fuel supplies, increasing costs to everyone without them knowing…what a deal!

A fellow firefighter and his wife just switched to pellet stoves. I bet the are very happy.
I know I will be shutting the truck down again only using it 5 days a week. Snow price will have to go up for the tractors. Boy will my customers be thrilled, I will just point to DC and remind them about what there current government has done to them.

They have a plan and this is part of it. We will all be forced into EV's (contrary to what some say). By eliminating all other options (or making it nearly impossible to choose the other options) they are forcing us.
Brandon himself ran on ending the fossil fuel industry.

And you think the economy is screwed up now? What happens to everyone in the ICE related businesses? All of the gas station employees/owners, mechanics, refinery workers, delivery drivers. Oil change workers and more. Hundreds of thousands of people without a job.
Not to mention all those that build the engines and parts. All to be working at Starbucks and Amazon. Thanks Brandon.
I just drove through the marathon refinery south of Detroit yesterday. It is a sight to see and surrounded by residential properties restaurants etc. it’s hard to believe one bozo can just turn it off…. I vote today and it will definitely be a vote to keep it open and in two years I will vote to get this party and that idiot out of the White House

I for one do not believe ICE will be eliminated or fully replaced by EV's. The truth about EV's will eventually trickle out to the sheep and they will realize there is nothing environmental nor energy efficient about EV's. Simply research the amount of energy it takes to manufacture one EV, its batteries especially, and the durability of those batteries, the tax on natural resources to mine the necessary minerals to make those toxic bombs (exploding all over the place during evacuations from hurricane Ian).
I digress, but many people believed the lies about the vaccines and masks, how much easier is it to get sheep to believe EV's are a benefit to the environment? Now hybrids are a different thing all together.

The chevy volt in a sport utility variant would sell faster than they could build them. The Volt is an awesome car that was way ahead of its time.
You know the premium never paid back compared to a gas car… even with the rebates(our tax $)
I went to Noblesville court house where they have real voting machines, ID required with signature verification…. If they can cheat…. there is no hope for us …. Plus no choice up in Michigan next week
