How do these fly by night sites do this? These can't be real or actual products.

The whole site is like that. Just search Garmin or anything else for that matter. I mean how do they get away with this?

Well, this is their storefront from Google Earth.

Let me guess, they only accept payment through zell or cash app.

Haha - I didn't even get that far. Was just searching for Garmin product and they came up in Google shopping. Went through their site and it looks legit except for the pricing. The even take credit cards, I am sure that is the scam right there. But their payment methods link speaks of PayPal.

I just don't get how so many illegal site(s) can stay up and running for any length of time.

I have the same question. Why don't they get immediately shut down. Often times I find sites like this on the first page of a google search.

Exactly, this was a sponsored site on a search for Garmin stuff. Crazy.

I imagine if you do get something from them "It fell off the truck". Good luck with the warranty.

I doubt they even have any product. I only posted this because the site doesn't look like the other scam sites usually look and some people might actually fall for this.

I looked up a item on their site. $1172.49. BOE Marine has it for $4832.49...

They also seem to offer Apple Pay as an option, I would think there's some vetting to qualify for that. Seems like they did an awful lot of work to set up a scam, but who knows? Damn, the prices are attractive.

I know, but that's an impossibility to even think they were real. At least that's my view. I can't imagine that it's real. Maybe get a visa gift card and try buying something inexpensive, but I am leary of even doing htat.

Just tried to send an inquiry email -

I got this advice once.....

If it sounds too good to be true......

And then this one, to which I disagree....

"You get what you pay for"

The reason I disagree is this often ignored factoid:

"You get what you pay for" . . . . NO - OFTENTIMES YOU GET LESS !

BEST !

I’ll bet they take in a few hundred grand before they get shut down. It’s crazy easy to set up a web store these days.

I’ve had two customers over the years that thought they would be slick and order their own generator from Indo generator. How anybody believed they could get a Generac at half price after it was shipped from Wisconsin to Indonesia, and then back is beyond me.

There’s a sucker born every minute. That’s why pontoon boats exist

I too am amazed how these scammers continue to get away with it, and then I read a post on NextDoor where they got someone. It only takes one or two for them to get some funds, then shut down. I guess we are more savvy then the average bear.
