I know it has surely been discussed, but has there ever been talk of arranging or creating forums under "Sea Ray Boats" by model (not necessarily year)? It would make more than the four or so that exist currently, but the additional granularity would enable skimming forums by thread title so as to not have to read every page in every thread. I know the thread for my boat is up to ~190+ pages and it's a commitment to read it over to see all the amazing contributions folks have made over the years. I know you can search, but sometimes it's nice to skim all the topics under a model.

Anyhow, commence throwing rotten vegetables and/or fish. ;)

    this comes up periodically.

my observation - I have owned different models over the years.

There are some topics which are very specific to a model.
ie: how do I fix the table on a 47DB?

I feel there are a much larger number of topics which are not model specific or for that fact not even Sea Ray specific:
ie: why is my vaccuflush etc. etc. etc.

If you push everything into very narrow discussion forums, how you restrict a lot of conversation.

Yes, there is the new post option and using tags. Or using Google to search (which is problematic at best).

    Just my thoughts
