I think they're batshit crazy to do that on a toon.

When I was a teenager I had the opportunity to ride in a drag boat owned by a family friend. We were ripping down the Mississippi in the Alton pool at over 100 MPH. And the boat was so low you could put your hand in the water. It was both terrifying and exhilarating at the same time.
