Great Day Even If It Wasn't Boating

Went by and picked up my dad this morning and took him to a local air show that had a fully restored (and flyable) B-17. My understanding is there are only 4 or 5 that are still flying. Since my dad is in his 90's (and he worked for Lockheed for 40 years), figured we may not have many days left. Also one of my mom's brothers flew the B-17 in WWII, it was very interesting to me. Weather was great and we had a great time together!

Good for you wish my dad was still here,I can only imagine the look on his face if he could sit up on the bridge with me for one last ride

You are so lucky. My baby boy said he’d never leave me had it great here, no rent good job. up and moved to California 2 years ago, I will prolly never see him again.
