I bought my 2000 340 Sundancer on Lake St. Clair. The area looks like where your pic was taken. Nice area.I have to back in. The only way to board it. And if we drop another foot and a half, I could need dredging. Or get a smaller boat.

It's actually a great park. I was just there with my dog a few weeks ago. I'll take my bike over occasionally. The little par 3 course is a fun distraction. We had my wife's family reunion there 2 years ago and we rented the shelter near the marina. Kids went over to the waterpark area and had a blast.
I agree…. It’s a park a nice facility. If you want to go to a bar or a restaurant it’s not the place to go. It is a great place with a group of boats and push a bunch of Picnic tables together but that’s it. You do have a bit of public interaction but I’ve never had a bad experience with that

We also enjoy Metro but as Blueone said, we go with the right group of boats and have a blast. A lot of times, I wake up in the morning, not remembering why I had so much fun the night before.

They forecast snow for this weekend around our parts. So far I've seen more sun today than the last 2 weeks combined...

Great place for boaters with kids. We had a great time last summer with all of the stuff to keep them busy. (Mini-golf, pool, water obstacle course, rock climbing, waterslides, etc.) My wife was getting antsy and already booked a weekend next season. We have 6 boats coming with us so far.

Soo Locks opening early. I think they said today. Apparently they are opening the St Lawrence Seaway now too.
Boatless in Door County this past weekend and very little ice along the shore! Sturgeon Bay was open. No Ice in Milwaukee at our port.
