That is Scott from the now defunct "Vectorled". He screwed a few people out of some veckles then quietly sold his dash board making equipment to Flounder Pounder while keeping people's money he had toasted.
Flounder pounder is a reputable company who has now taken over making the replacement dash boards that good ole Scottie used to put out. Apparently his quality was very good although his time line never seemed to be and only got worse when the wheels came off his bus!!
