Just another day at haulover inlet

OMG Half, about a month ago we were talking about this video where the girl goes over. Yesterday I came across it but couldn’t figure out how to link to it.
Then today you post it. Perfect timing.

Don't usually watch haulover videos as the number of idiots with boats gets boring but couldn't help myself with this one. Raises three questions, how many people drown there every year?, why do idiots take selfies of themselves while putting themselves in danger without floatation vests?, and does anyone else think jerks who put innocent animals and small children in jeopardy should be incarcerated for life?
 
How are there that many clueless people all in one place? Do people make the run out of Haulover just once to say they did it? I can't imagine folks putting themselves through that on a regular basis to go boating. Some of those skippers piloting boats with 8 to 10 Pax in those conditions with no PFDs and kids on the bow should be cited and banned form boating with that display of reckless disregard. I get the two or three guys getting out to go fishing but not the boats full of families. Yikes! If I tried that shit with my wife onboard, there would be a very fast divorce filing for sure.

The Miami boat ramps videos this guy posts are also hilarious. And the Chit show channel shows the same kind of stuff. I know all boat ramps are $shit shows, but there seems to be something very "special" about a few of the Miami area ramps.

Alfred “chit show” his channel actually started off as his company in FLA that rebuild RIB’s I started out watching those videos but he saw how many people love to watch others fail and his channel took off hasn’t done a RIB video in a long time. I wish he’d do a few here and there.
 
Alot of them run thru the break then turn around just to be on camera. They put thong girl on the camera side, and grandma in the bow lol
 
Zool the grandma in the bowriders is a famous one. Back story is she split her head open on an aluminum support structure and got serious hurt.
So I heard.
The boats midnight express are impressive. Cut thru those seas like butter.
 
I run Haulover vids on a loop on a big screen in the bar room, its like sitting in an inlet side lounge. The sound of all the engines is soothing. Its a good way to keep up with all the new styles and how they perform in the rough.

Yeah Pirate, the bigger Midnights can handle anything that inlet will throw, so do the Cigarettes. The new styles I cant get a grip on ore the blunt nose, dark grey and black patrol looking boats out now, looks like you're running guns in Nicaragua.

They keep asking “what did the captain do wrong” or “what could have been done differently” in these videos.

Simple answer. Have an appropriate boat, with appropriate safety gear worn properly, go out and return at slack tide, don’t be an Internet spectacle.

These folks make me sick.

You'd think you go out and deal with the inlet to get to calm water but so often there are whitecaps as far as the eye can see.

Where do these boats go after the inlet?

is there a party inland somewhere you can only access from another inlet or something?

Me too. The A-holes have no business being there.When was a bow-rider ever an appropriate ocean boat? And no pfd's? Death wish or Darwin?
