Rich if you don't mind telling, what do they charge for in there. I also heard now that the condo's running along SeaRay Blvd. are for sale the boathouses/garages can no longer be rented.
$6000 October until they take the freeze panels off. Which is usually mid to late April. They’re currently building out building 1. They’re owned by Paul that owns Temptation. I actually think he shares ownership.. I have 2 buddies in building 1 and I haven’t heard that they can’t be rented and they’re making those a condo association too. The other buildings are separated from the marina too and they have their own HOA, etc. I rent from a guy in building 7. The pic I showed was right before I went to my well. I actually shared the well with a 320. They’re 80’ wells and wide enough to overlap our bows
That 540 is in pristine condition. 2 or 3 down from my buddy. The owners of that 540 live in my sub. Great people that are retired. Let’s just put it this way.. they’re Italian and own a garbage company...lolYeah I knew Paul owned them. We went there a few weeks ago and met up with Paul to look at a condo for my buddy who is thinking about buying one. Actually when I said they couldn't be rented I should have said some of them aren't available.
The 540 Paul has listed is in that building and of course Paul was willing to show it to me, but I was to afraid of what might have happened so I stayed clear. I love that boat.
If you could share a well that would be a pretty good deal. HMMMM I wonder if a 47 Excaliber and a 400 DA would fit. Might be tough trying to overlap 12'.
