Thanks Alex D,
She is a 1981-- 310 Vanguard sedan bridge. powered with twin mercury 454's. good thing she has 200 gal.of fuel. for a 31 foot boat she rides like a dream. cruising speed is about 20mph, max is little over 30mph

Hmmm, linky no workee... :smt089

MoDean,

Look up at the top near the search feature and there should be a Virtual Marina, click on that, you must be logged in first. Should work for you.

Wandered over from the SRO forum after it sunk. Glad to see people regrouping here.

Heres my 2004 320.

Interesting how the bottom paint surrounds the exhaust ports. Nevr seen that before .. was that from the factory or did you extend the painted area. WHy would this be done? Just curious.

I have no idea why, but I just did a quick surf through yachtworld and it looks like nearly all of the dark hull 320's have that same paint line. But none of the white hulls (it would look odd, I think). I did notice that some of the white hull 320s have plastic through hulls, whereas mine are molded into the glass. I think that might have to do with I/O's vs. Inboards though. That particular exhaust outlet (and the one on the opposite side) is only used when at idle and the engine doesn't create enough pressure to use the underwater exhaust outlets.

Regardless, it came that way from the factory. As did, apparently, a lot of other blue hulled 320s. It might have something to do with the hull color or engine, or could have just been a running change to the 320 model. Perhaps to keep water stains off the (dark) hull?

Anyways, its a great boat!

Great site everyone and some good looking boats. I haven't seen or read anything about my 06' 290 Select EX. Just got her about 2 months ago. Love it...Traded my 02' 320 DA. I'll post some pics soon. Was wondering what other SR owners think about the Select's or if they have any issues..
