Big crowd on the new boat. It is certainly set up to be a party boat. Dual grills, etc.

My guess is more, it was packed so I didn't get a chance to ask. Nice show but the in water we have local in Norwalk is nicer. I think the bigest boat on display was a Searay 460 fly. Formula had a 43 foot with quad outboards. Forget the boat payment, you would just be paying for gas. I think I would want a refinery in tow.

Bravo 3 w/ Axius was on the model. It is Gas

Is it really "only" $600K? I would have thought it would be more.

I imagine it is as well. It seems as though the show model has many upgrades that would need to be factored in as well. Looks like a fun boat and a great idea!

The Sea Ray rep at NY show said "600 as you see it" when asked price.

I am figuring Sea Ray sees most of their sales for this being on lakes / fresh water. Skipping the diesels would take 100K of the cost of purchase. Only thing that boat did not have was the genny / AC. I think you would need a genny for the grills but maybe the inverter is big enough???

IIRC, Sea Ray used to build a lot of boats that did not have gensets or A/C on them. They were referred to as "Lake Boats". Most were mid-size Sundancers in the 30'-40' range. Not sure where I heard that, but somewhere along the line when I was buying Beachcomber. Capn Rusty, can you shed any light on that?

Nice boat, but not for me. If spending that amount I'll buy for sure a bigger Sundancer (what works for my family), or even jump to a 41 Jupiter Sport Bridge which I really like (different boat though).

I had the privilege of driving a 2015 350/370 when it was new. They are great boats for enclosed lakes. They go like crazy, are very comfortable and have all the creature comforts. I would imagine the 400 is the same!

One of the boating magazines (perhaps even it was Boating magazine :)) did a walk-thru and mentioned the $600k price tag. I found that to be extremely reasonable with today's approach to boat pricing.

When I was pricing out a 350 SLX this past fall, with options it got close to $400k. There is a lot more boat with the 400SLX, not to mention the new design uniqueness.

The "wings" are insane. The sea ray advertisement says they open up 90degrees to the floor to extend the cockpit way outward. What!!!?
