I have some one that will make them at an individual price of $55. I haven't approached her about a bulk deal.

note the thread below where I posted all the contact info. Their SeaRay owners and Irene owns the Flag business. At the local getaways you brings out custom SeaRay Penants to match up with the year and color option for you're boat. I have a 12" one in silver and black to match the 04 240DA color scheme.

SMS has also done work for my company where we needed custom penants to post out at Major Press Events.

The guy emailed me weeks ago with an apology and a promise to complete the order. Of course that deadline came and went. Not sure what is up with them. ALl i know is they are paid in full and I am po'd.

No attorney's needed. by the time I finish with this guy, he'll beg us to finish the order. Jim, if you can post his telephone number and email address, we'll have everyone bombard him with complaints. If that doesn't work, I'll have a lawyer send him a letter(friend of mine), if that doesn't work, i'll drive down in my defective jeep and explain why the parole board let me out of jail in hopes that I wouldn't revert back to my old ways.

Next time pay them with a credit card so that you can call the card company and dispute :thumbsup:

Forget the attorney, this guy is probably watching and following along with this website.

Take the 20 bucks or so needed and get down to small claims court and file the suit against him and his company. Also if your locality has a fraud division, make a complaint.

This may get us the burgess providing he hasnt filed for bankruptcy yet.
