hi all, i have a 2007 320 sundancer and the stiching along the top of the rear seat bolster that rests against the transom is unravelling probably due to years of the boat cover fitting snugly against it. I can see two bolts in the back hatch where my power cord is, is that all that's holding this curved seat in? DO I take them out completely or loosen them and then the seat back pops or lifts off of them when they are loose? Thanks for your help. tom

The 300 is a little different but in addition to the bolts you can see in the transom locker, there are more behind the vertical panels on either side of the storage area. Once you remove those panels, you can see/access more nuts to remove. This is the stbd side with the shore power/cable tv panel removed, looking up:

If you have a shower on the inboard side of the transom way you may be able to pull that and gain access behind the bulkhead with the power.

If you need any other help let me know - I recently reupholstered a 2005 320DA and can give insight to the construction.

Many thanks Phil and Kevin. I do have the shower by the transom door, good tip. Kevin, since you just went through this when I open the back hatch there are two bolt heads I can see and then seems like behind the shower covering. Are there any more on the starboard side after it curves around where i can't see? If so, how many and how did you access? Thanks guys, appreciate your help

The owner took the seat off but I can check with him.

Kevin,
I am in a similar position and trying to remove my rear seat bolster and am stumped on removal at the starboard side after it curves around where i can't see. Did you ask the previous owner how he accomplished this?
