Really???

A teacher in New York asked her 6th grade class how many of them were
Obama fans.. Not really knowing what an Obama fan was, but wanting to be
liked by the teacher, all the kids raised their hands except for Little
Johnny.

Little Johnny said, 'Because I'm not an Obama fan.'

Looks like FOX is looking to blow out the networks in 2010. I've heard rumors that they are also looking at bringing Conan O'Brien on board. I think NBC is about to cave in on itself. Wonder if FOX would buy them out?

If she remains with her opinions she had stated at the Tea Party, I will be looking for her in 2012! She is a sweatheart.

SHE IS A DOLT. She is also someone who CANNOT handle any kind of pressure. What governor gives up on their constituents in an important juncture of their administration? She gave up her post "to better serve from outside my post of governor (<sarcasm>because we all know you have no power as governor <sarcasm>) So now she will join Fox. Great. Thanks for the help, Sarah.
 
I was dead serious. I also know it is pointless to debate with someone with your views. I really think she had good reasons for doing what she has done and I am confident we all will within a few years.

Well, there are many people that it is pointless to debate with, isn't there?

I think she had good reasons to do what she did, but I suspect they are not the reasons her party would approve.

During the last campaign, many mocked her for being *merely* the governor of Alaska. Now, she will be mocked for *being an unsuccessful governor*.

Resigning office to get out of politics does not qualify as a success.

Isn't it funny how the left can mock the right when they have a President that never worked a day in his life much less run anything. The only thing he fought for in Illinois was to make sure aborted babies could be put to death if born alive and that was by putting them in a closet until they died! The and the M-Fer wants to make sure his brothers that are trying to kill us get Miranda Rights, Nobama is a worthless piece of Sh_t!!!!

If you ask people in Alaska she was anything but unsucessful. They were sorry to see her go. There has to be reasons for that. She was a very sucessful govenor. There are some people here from Alaska that I hope will chime in. She is a big threat because she really may not know how the political game is played and I believe thats a great thing. Politics as it stands is BS and she is not playing that game. This will be my last post on this particular thread as I have said my point. When you cannot change minds around you you move on to a higher calling (politics or a CSR forum) and maybe thats why some look at Sarah Palin as a quitter. I don't think so.

Agree. It is very interesting how polarizing she is...even among people who consider themselves Republican. She seems to be an absolute heartburn to the left...which tells me she can't be all bad (and they elected Al Franken?)

No comments on her ripping of Obama for using teleprompters when she has crib notes on her hand, then confuses them? Or about such subjects that you would THINK she should know, well pun intended, like the back of her hand? SHe is a focking idiot, who got by on her looks, and the fact she ran the easiest state to run in the country, and then backed out because she cant handle pressure. But, keep supporting her :huh:

This country is in BIG trouble, and not because we have a lackluster president in office already (yes, Im disappointed with him and would not vote for a 2nd term-i didnt even vote for him THIS term), but because you people, and yes, I mean this frankly and directly, will follow any idiot who you feel has republican written on them (pun intended again) JUST because they are republican.

STOP TOEING THE POLITICAL LINES and start looking around for candidates that just have an "R" next their name.

Its pretty clear that you have your mind made up on this one, and that's part of what makes America great. However, when you are making fun of her straightforward approach, just remember that our current leader has bankrupted the next two generations and he uses a Blackberry. Perhaps a hillbilly palm pilot wouldn't be any worse?

I totally agree, Obama is riding on the same short bus to nowhere, and I have conceded this, whereas I was defending him in the beginning of his term and pleading to give him a chance, in life and on this forum. Ill admit I was wrong on Obama, and it is becoming increasingly clear that we have the wrong man in office. So, yes, I do change my mind and call them as I see them. However the post bout his closet abortions etc was pure rhetoric and wrong, and has nothing to do with his current ineptitude.

With Palin, I am continually vindicated in my mind time and time again with my assessment of her ability to run this country. So, I do believe I am fair, for the most part and willing to change when time has allowed me to see what others may be speaking about, and Ill admit when wrong. Sorry, Palin, imo, and no, I dont see this changing, is a very very poor choice for anything other than a Fox news associate.
