So, lets talk weather....

Smoke is worse yet this morning. AQI is 258 right now. Looks like heavy fog but it's smoke. Walking the dog earlier I'm using a neck gator and the couple others that were out all had some sort of mask on.

Wind changed and cleared the smoke quite a bit. Air quality is 128. Way better than earlier. Sunny and 78°. Got the boat washed and the yard mowed. Ready for some company showing up later.

So let’s talk weather. Has totally sucked around here. So after losing the summer of 2021 due to overheating, bad outdrive in 2022, and now constant rain 2023, I am ready to call it a day. Forecast sucks rest of summer with Canadian fires and affter all the thousands i have spent on everything from all new canvas outdrive risers manifolds gimbals cables interior and a hell lot more i can’t remember, i think the fun bubble is burst. Have used her 6 times since launch and zodiac once. Wife has lost interest. And i am this close.
So question is if you were selling a boat for about 15k how would you sell? Put with local dealer for 10% commission? Facebook? Sink it for insurance? <Kidding!
Just thinking. Feeling beat down.
Edit: starting to feel like Phil did last year when he sold his SR. The juice ain’t worth the squeeze.

We don't have the smoke problem, weathers been nice. Saturday my vent window stuck open, monkeying around with that I was sweating my rear off. All I had was a 12 pack of Bud Light so I wolfed that down pretty quick. It was amazing, it worked better than my regular water pills, my fat swollen legs shrunk right down but I was walking a little funny for an hour or two.;)

I might have to keep drinking some Bud Light for medicinal purposes:cool:

Dam man I know there is a joke in there somewhere, i am just not getting it.

It’s a scorcher here in NC, almost no chance for storms today, going to go find the elusive quiet spot on LKN.

Same here. Staying in. Cops all over the river stopping most boats leaving tiki bars. Not worth going out. Amateur day, with boats full of drunked up half naked girls dancing on the bow.
No officer we not drinking.
Nope, I’ll go out tomorrow while they all getting arraigned. Picture from FB at local tiki bar.

We anchored out yesterday, sweated our you know what's off, ran the AC the entire time, which just didn't make sense, so we eventually went back to the marina. Hot as you know what again this morning, played tennis at 9, going to soak up the AC for the rest of the day.

94 today, 98 tomorrow, 102 Thursday then we have a cold spell for the week--temps dropping down to 95.

Tiny bit of a breeze, no clouds around here anywhere for the past 3 days.

Pool's open so come on over.
