My parents got out of boating today. This was their 14th boat. Happy it is sold. Took just over a year, it seems like the boat market heated up recently. So happy I don't have to take any more calls, my sympathy to boat brokers.

Congrats and very nice of you to handle it for them...

Congrats and well done! I know just what you mean, sold one of our businesses myself once a few yeras ago, between the tire kickers, dreamers and the no shows just about drive you insane! Some people today, just plain crazy!

My parents are in their mid 70s, aren't big email or text people, so it was easier for me to handle it. Plus setting up the ads was probably not their thing. Spent $600 on ads, including here. Happy for them that they realized that the boat was becoming something they didn't want anymore, instead of it just sitting. The guy was super excited and it will be on Lake St. Clair next season. Survey was good, it was well maintained. It is his second Sea Ray.

I told him about the site. I hope he does.

Their buyer said my 320 was his next boat. I was on a boat in diapers, so happy to take them out.
