Can anyone suggest a good company to look at? My credit union would soil themselves if I asked for a loan that size. I will check at my local bank but I am fairly sure they are not that knowledgeable about boats.

Thanks guys. Now if I could just settle on the boat. I have it down to two...I think.

I can strongly recommend Scott Financial.

ABSOLUTE ditto on that one !!! I worked with Hubbard at the NC office and it was a first rate financing experience and the lowers APR too. He just took care of everything ...
Ditto on the ditto. Scott Financial all the way... By the way Alex got this same great advice way back before he was a Sea Ray owner.

We use the Maryland Russo Marine office for everything. Jerry Pitts is an absolute encyclopedia of boat financing knowledge and they make it very easy. The loans all end up at the same few places, like Key Bank, the broker you use is the variable you need to choose. Give them a call, tell him you know Jim from BOE!
