Hey everyone, two part post here.

1) The electronic switch panel on my 2002 Sundeck 220 was barely functional and only 3 of the buttons actually worked, so something needed to be done to regain functionality of those parts of my boat. I decided to do a rip and replace of the factory EIM in favor of rocker style switches. Below are some pictures of the results.

2) That means I have an EIM module that is in working order that I'd be willing to let go for shipping fees to someone that needs it so that it doesn't end up in the trash. Is this the correct place for that, or is there a better part of the forum?

Very nice install. Looks factory and gives you a better mounting point for your MFD. I had a similar EIM in my 260DA and had issues with the cable harness connector too. Only one connection so I just jumped out a wire. This EIM will be helpful to someone who had a major failure.

Thanks! Yeah, looks like it's pretty slim pickin' for replacement EIMs.

Taitrt, that looks nice! What size MFD is that? Did you cut the new panels yourself?

It's a GPSMAP 743xsv, so 7". I cut the new panels myself out of black acrylic. I did the switch panel on my CNC, but I was too lazy to model the top part since it was more organic. Instead I just traced the old panel and cut it out with a jigsaw.
