Unfortunate Fate of a 44 Sedan Bridge

Some very nice boats on that dock....

I guess I better keep an eye out - I have a neighbor 4 boats down with a Navigator! But on the you tube site a comment said it took 1/2 hour for the fire department to show up? Thats a pretty good "save" for an exposure boat (not!).

My guess is that some one is throwing out a ballpark figure hoping some sucker pays $80k. It probably has negative value meaning it is going to cost money to have it disposed.

Hey jpk33 is that smudge marks on the side of your boat? Looks like you were close to the fire!
Naw! boat is pretty much cherry - but I've been "toasted" quite a few times (Figuretively and literally)

Honestly I do not think $80k is out of line if everything in the engine room is kosher. I have seen some very starnge projects over the years and this would actually make a pretty good beginning for someone with some crazy ideas. Good hull and running grear for a house boat? A work boat? The work boat would be an easy transition actually. I saw a 40-ft Trojan in my area that had everything stripped out except the running gear and it was made into a bad-ass center console fishing machine. Ya never know.

Really startling pics and vid though. Yikes! The marina in Colonial Beach, VA where I am at burnt to the ground about 5 years ago and took every boat with it. That was in excess of 75 boats. Some should have been burnt a long time ago, but others were brand new.
