what are you paying for gas (lake/boat)

3.69 on base at marina. They have to buy separate from AAFES, and so we pay about a .30 premium, even on base. The Navy base across the bay had gas at 3.00 last fall when it was 3.69 at downtown marinas and 3.39 on our base.

My marina has a great deal. If we get 6 or more boats to take a trip together the price of gas is $2.95/gallon. :smt038 Otherwise it is .25 cents cheaper than the whole sale price they paid for the shipment. Currently around $3.25/gallon.

I will check out the prices on the water this weekend. I put the boat in April 5th and put in 55 gallons at $3.19 at the local Speedway gas station. Usually the marina price is 80 cents to a dollar higher than on land.

Not a lake boater but here in NJ regular gas was 4.07. Premium 4.13 and diesel 4.30. Gas was 80 cent's higher on the water than on land. I didn't think we would see 4 dollars a gallon until Memorial Day weekend.

Plan on $5.00 or better by Memorial Day at most marinas. :smt089:smt021:smt009:smt009:smt009:smt009:smt009:smt009:smt009 :smt100 :smt100 :smt100 :smt100 :smt100 :smt100 :smt100 :smt100 :smt100
