Where are the fuse(s) for a 1988 Westerbeke Diesel Gen??

I have a 1988 390EC that is new to me and I was cranking the gen over when all of a sudden...no power to the starter and the "preheat" light won't come on.

Does anyone know where the fuse(s) or fuse panel is that can alleviate this situation? Any help is appreciated!!!

They are usually on the generator panel. The fuse holder is a panel mount........look for a little black cap that unscrews. Also, Westerbeke sometimes puts things in weird places, so look at all sides of the panel and control box before giving up.
