Based on your photos the windlass breaker might/could/should be that black switch mounted on the firewall behind that battery. You may be able to push that button on the right side to reset.

I know you didn't come here looking for other advice but that electrical outlet in your engine room is a big no-no for a gas powered engine. Bigtime safety issue....

I did find the breaker & it works now. Yaye!. Thank you!. Also, I appreciate the heads up on the outlet. Crossed my mind of it being in that location & why they did that.

There is now only 1 other thing on this vessel I cannot figure out. The cig lighter plug under microwave works, however the gfci outlet next to it does not. I replaced the gfci receptacle with a new one & still does not work though the cig lighter does. EVERYTHING else works on the boat. Are you familiar with?.

I don’t profess to understand how or why Sea Ray did things. I do know that the gfi circuits onboard my boat have been an adventure to discover. Check inside cabinets for hidden gfi. Make note of anything else that may not be working even if it doesn’t make sense

The 12V outlet and the GFCI are on totally different circuits - they are not related to each other in any way, shape or form. The GFCI will only work when you are connected to shore power and properly powered up (main breaker and proper MDP breakers). Check on those and report back. Other 120V items? Did you check for power at the outlet before replacing it?

Bilge outlet... one never knows what goes through some previous owner's minds!

Also make sure the power is switched on in the transom locker as well as the the outlets on the AC power panel.

Another thing to check is any / all other GFCI outlets on the boat. While having multiple GFCIs on a single circuit is unnecessary and not to code, I've seen it done.
