You have two separate links there; which did you get? Both are good-looking shoes. I'd be interested in getting a pair myself.

I also WFH. In the winter I wear a pair of fleece-lined buffalo hide LL Bean slippers. This is the time of year I switch to my uber-comfy Birkenstock sandals. Much to my wife's displeasure because she hates them.

These look pretty good. I used to wear docksiders all the time, but stopped years ago because my feet sweat a lot in the summer and the shoes got obnoxiously stinky. I switched to Crocs because they rinse out super easy. Those open ones might be OK.

I wear a pair of socks to help with the sweat and stink.

Sperry, year round, regardless of weather. Inside Outside, dont matter. Have to walk daughter down the aisle next May. They tell me i have to buy a suit. With a tie. In Tampa.
Will wear Sperry, no socks.

I should have added, the GF has taught" me, for sanitary reasons, there are inside the house shoes and outside the house shoes, these are my "inside" the house shoes. Though I may be wearing them outside as well, don't tell her.

I grew up hating NB for that reason. I have a wider foot now and have to wear them for at least tennis. Why can't they make an attractive shoe?

My dad work New Balance 902's, I think. He'd buy several at a time. They were very well made with a grippy sole great for walking around on roofs when he was doing home inspections. When they were discontinued they sent him a letter she he could stock up.

I have a pair of NB Fresh Foam sneakers. Much more stylish, but not as durable. I'm due for a new pair.

OH!!! you want know what she told me last night?": The groom is a huge Star Wars fan, So you ever seen where at the Naval academy they hold up swords as the couple leave the chapel. Wife is getting Light Sabers for everyone at the ceremony to hold up, same thing. At $40 a pop, Prolly cost me a fkn grand for Light Sabers! Are you fkn kidding me!!!! I said I can get Chinese flashlights at Amazon cheap, and all I get is "go with the flow, Why you being so difficult?" I am not going to survive this.
We are in Baltimore, most family in Cleveland area. Wedding in Tampa. If this woman tells me we are responsible for flying the family to Tampa on my dime, You know those brand new beautiful Pistols I recently bought? They will come into good use. At my age, Life is prison is NOT a deterant!
In house BB range, I feel better now…
