No matter what order i seam to do this in, whenever I attach my shore power cord to power, the main fuse next to where the cord attaches to the boat trips. I replaced my CGFI outlet, but no luck there. Would my next move be to replace to fuse next to the power cord receptacle? There is also a "fault/reset" thing next to this fuse. This keep telling me there is a fault of course. Maybe that thing is bad?

Thanks Tod

Do you have a generator on your boat?

Does the electrical system work when the generator is on?

Does the lazarette breaker still trip even when your breakers are turned off inside the boat?

Have you tried a different shore power cord set? Borrowing a neighbors cord would have been my first move.

No generator, and the fuse trips before I turn on anything at the breaker box. I didn't think to try another cord. I only plug in a few times a year.

If a known good cord still trips it, try a different shore power pedestal if possible. Could be the marina's issue too. These are the only free ideas I can come up with :)
