thanks, I have to tell someone and it turns out my wife is pretty sick of hearing about fresh water systems. Figured you all might be a little more interested

unfortunately we don’t have any, must be because those diesel generators are supposed to run hundreds of millions of hours, right?
No doubt on the generator but what's the black hose hanging down forward of the heater? For your pressure relief? Very interesting...
Did you end up running struts from the platform back to the transom? If you did can I ask where they came from? Thanks! Thanks! I ordered mine early in December 2020 and received it late February. I was intentionally trying to get ahead of any spring rush of orders. Receiving the platform at home was a huge PITA though...would not recommend
I don't have the final invoice yet but I was told it was about 12 hours of total labor. That includes the removal of the old platform. Much of the work is two people but they knocked it out in a day. They pulled my boat 9AM +/- last Wednesday and had it back in the water 24 hours later. Just enough time for the 5200 to dry.

Also considering that after I saw you mention you did it on yours. We already have a step from the factory but it's actually removed right now so I could get to the forward bilge pump and do some hose replacements. Obviously just have to extend power and water lines but that wouldn't be too difficult
After reading all this I am glad mine works great. My major project coming up is the new fridge... and i really dont feel like doing it! haha. Stereo, tv's and lighting after that, this is what happens when a go fast owner comes into cruisers....
Just keep in mind, ..."It's always good negative cash flow"!!!lol I know I hear you. I took 4 years to get my old boat to about where I’ve done this one already and it’s only been a half a year. I can’t seem to stop spending money...

I’m considering mine this winter proactively. That thing is loud and incredibly inefficient. I’d rather do it on my own time, but now that I say that I’m sure it’ll die this weekYou replacing your cabin fridge? If so I hope you'll share some pics of the process. This is one of those projects looming for many of us...they don't last forever

I found the same when I ran a new transducer cable to my tri-data.Cool feature I found yesterday - I needed to run an nmea backbone into the cabin to get the fusion on the network. At first I thought it would be a nightmare because of the gobs of silicone sealing the cockpit from the cabin. Turns out Sea Ray ran plastic bilge hose as conduit. I put a flat metal snake through the tube and it ran all the way up to the fusion from the helm. You just have to take the side storage cubby thing off next to the helm seat to get to it.
it will also make running my new speaker wires a breeze. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the amount of access designed into the 410 compared to our 290
Until they put a zip tie on it!I pulled a new transducer wire by using the old one as a pull wire.. easy pesy.
