Thanks guys, on this fresh water pump, no breakers/switches were off so I am stumped. Worked great one day, nothing the next. I'm gonna mess with it and see if I can get it to work especially if only three years old. I had a bunch of people and a big cooler on the cockpit deck so didn't raise it to look yet. Where is this thing mounted? Also, what GPM should I shoot for? I wouldn't mind having more water pressure. The washdown at the anchor locker wasn't ever very strong. (Carter, appreciate your insights! I need to move the boat back next to you since you know it better than me!)
Cocktail it should be mounted on the bulkhead forward the port engine. Turn it on and see if it's running. If it is it may have just lost prime (happened to me). Mine was a 3.5 GPM and 40 PSI (Jabsco). If I remember right I discounted the portside hose with it running (you will get wet trying to reconnect) and when the water started spraying out I shoved the hose back in and push up on the blue locking device and it starting working fine. There may be an easier "less wet" way to do this but I kinda did mine by accident. I wasn't thinking when I disconnected the hose and I was by myself so I couldn't go in the cabin and turn it back off. I would also check the screen right at the pump and make sure that it's not clogged. I don't have a picture of the pump on my computer so I'm going to check my phone and if I do I'll post a picture of it. Good Luck
