I'm taking the family over to Milwaukee on Friday. I checked this morning and the marine forecast is less than ideal. Currently showing 4'-6' mid-lake, a bit calmer near-shore. I assume the Lake Express will not cancel for anything sub 10'-15' but I also wonder how much of a "vomit party" this thing could turn into with 6' seas???
I've been on the Lake Express several times before. Never in rough seas, never with my kids. I've heard/read some horror stories.
Thoughts from the CSR collective? I'm not worried about my crew getting seasick but more the experience of "everyone else" getting seasick.
I suspect I'll simply try to get on early and get seats outside, at the rear.
