So Wes... Are you saying that Cr0ck's crack may have a neglect issue and Sea Ray won't touch it?

I am not saying this is what happened at all but since this is the storage compartment how does SeaRay determine if it was a boat defect or something that a person keeps stored in there (like a large cooler or anchor, etc) that after going over wave after wave, getting grounded, and then pooped on by a bird, that could have caused the crack (ok the last part I was talking about you but just my bad sense of humor). But Crock1 I am really not talking about you, you mention water damage, but I am curious how they would be able to tell a difference between a crack from poor workmanship and crack from neglect.
it is probably just a void, it could be so simple as to inject resin into this area to solve it
I know you are aggrevated over your new boat problem, but remember they might be dealing with people who CANNOT use thier boats.
Safety first
people who cant use thier boats 2nd
cosmetic issues where people can use thier boats- last.
i do keep a cooler on that side but do not keep that spot soaking wet. its made to get wet.. its a boat..! its a full crack across the length.. and even if i soak it all day.. it should still not crack like that and come apart... and btw the bird poop was funny. lol

He did do a fine job of handling my cr0ck's crack wise crack.
crock - did you hear back from MM yet? I got my service done thru the Tampa MM and they did a great job. I had a few spider cracks, etc. that they fixed for me when our warranty was ending last month. They did a great job, cleaned the boat, vacuumed the carpet, and washed my canvas. They did all of my warranty work within a week.
Let us know...
