Taking the kid and girlfriend to see Springsteen this week. Good timing as they just went to the crap show known as Lollapalooza. Want to show them what a real show and real talent is about, before it all fades away.

Saw Petty on his last tour. Saw Bob Seger on his last tour (freaking outstanding concert). We are losing these roots quickly now. Nobody is there to replace them. It makes me sad.

So took the kid to see Springsteen. Great show for 70 year olds. First comment: “hey, that’s the guy from the Sopranos.” :)

Great to see someone separating politics from music and liking a musician because of their talent, regardless of their politics. I like Bruce - he’s a proud American and a great talent. He does look old now. So do I when I look in the mirror. Glory days.

My brother's been playing the guitar for 45 years and I love hard fast extremely technical talented guitar players such as Dave mustaine, James hetfield of course ,Joe satriani. I just love kick ass guitar solos

Who's James hitchfield? :p You mean James Hetfield of Metallica, one of my all time favorites and of course the Album Ride the Lightning with Fade to black. But you also left out Queensrÿche ...

Since you mentioned Waylon, you should mentioned Aaron Lewis (Of Stained) but his country side. Check him out, he play's with a lot of the all time greats, including Willie and the song sinner also Northern Redneck ;)

She is pretty good, nice kittens as well. I loved the Heart tribute to led zeplin by playing stairway
