Hey guys,

We used to have a radio on our boat, but I think my grandfather uninstalled it as it wasn't working but he never replaced it.

We have Panasonic speakers throughout the boat, and I would like to get some use out of them.

What radio module would you guys recommend and are they difficult to install? It's a 1987 Monaco 210 Cuddy Cabin. I've attached some photos of the wiring underneath the dash.

Thanks

A basic stereo is very simple to install... but it sounds like it may be beyond your capabilities... no insult intended.

I would look for an inexpensive single DIN unit with Bluetooth. The speaker wires and 12V would be easy to identify with a volt ohm meter.

Yes, something like that would be fine.

Looking at the pictures, I would say that the white/yellow is your +12V, and the blues are the speakers.

Would it come with instructions for installation? Or are there any good videos you could suggest?
They do come with installations instructions, and I'm sure there are multiple videos online.

It might be best if you have a friend with some experience help you out. Buy him a few beers and promise a boat ride!

The thick black one in the back is the antenna. If you want FM, that will need to be used (assuming it goes to an antenna on board)
