Is it normal to see fresh water pump fail already on a 2006 240 SD ??

Seems a little poor quality to see a failure of the water pump for the sink/sprayers fail after 2 1/2 years of usage, with minimal use...

Any thoughts ?

We have had no issues with our '06 and we use it a lot.

IMHO it is the lack of use that makes it fail. I had to replace mine too.
