I dunno, I think every article I've read on this is putting their own twist to it. The only thing I've figured out so far is the Federal Housing Finance Agency has made some changes that'll allow low income, bad credit borrowers to qualify for loans at a lower interest rate than they ordinarily would have.

It sounds familiar to me in the sense it'll put more people with the inability to pay into homes, I think went through this 15 years ago.
