Replace or Kill that Darn ACR Remote Controlled Spotlight

Wow, that is much more damaged than mine was. I would not try a repair on that unit either. However, since I have redone mine I have seen some units in not too bad a shape on some of the resale sites. Next time I see one I will send you the link.

Being in TN on a river I defiantly boat in different conditions than you but I gave up on my spotlight and now use a LED flashlight for my river navigation at night.

Much better light, better beam, quicker to sweep for navigation markers using my arm.

my spotlight on my 07 40' has issues. one bulb will turn on, other wont, sometimes i can get it to turn left and right sometimes not, never moves up and down. how do i determine what the issue is?

also, i agree with the 1500$ replacement which is kind of crazy. for that money i was just thinking about buying the sionx camera for a couple hundred more.
